In order to increase the efficiency of their work processes, Arriva Trains chose to introduce a mobile service solution to all customer service staff.
For each route the staff member registers the train number, number of passengers and any fines collected.
The solution also conducts quality checks so that any train delays, technical issues or on-board inventory shortages can be handled quickly.
The solution has considerably improved and simplified daily operations, creating more time for customer care. Customer service employees have enjoyed better coordination and communication between themselves and head office since implementation of the mobile solution.
