The Municipality of Halsnæs (Denmark)

The municipal wastewater department of Halsnæs uses Milcom’s TaskManager to make their time logging. With 35 users of the system, the introduction of TaskManager has meant a reduction in administration of 5 hours per week. At the same time, the time logging process has been halved, which means that the employees save 15 minutes per day, or approximately 50 hours per week for the entire department.

Previously, the 35 employees of the watewater department logged their time on timesheets, after which an administrative employee typed in the information in Navision. With TaskManager, it is possible for the employees to key in their time registrations themselves. This has meant an efficiency improvement as well as a greater flexibility in the workday, since the employee can decide when and where he would like to log his time.
