Michael Vinther is attorney-at-law by profession. He is one of Denmark's leading profiles within corporate and commercial law and M & A. He advises a number of private equity funds as well as corporate clients on the full range of corporate and commercial issues and serves actively as a non-executive board member for several clients.
Over the years, he has been involved in a number of the major Danish M & A deals, including divestures and cross-border acquisitions, advising international as well as Danish clients.
Michael Vinther joined ACCURA as a partner in the M & A team in 2005. Before that he worked with Bech-Bruun as a partner and initially attorney-at-law from 1990 until 2005. He began his career working for the law firm Lund-Nielsen & Kønig from 1987-1990.
