Milcom has acquired the HandStep activities

As it appears from the attached press release, Milcom has acquired the HandStep-activities. Milcom will be merging the HandStep-activities with Milcom’s own competencies within the area of mobile solutions in a new company under the name of Divido–HandStep.

Divido is a subsidiary of Milcom primarily focussed on device management and will now be enhanced with the competencies of HandStep.
