Erik Kjær works at SAXO Banks today and formerly founded the company 'Right Kjaer & Kjerulf' in Denmark.
Erik's core activities are personal development and management training and he tailors programs within these areas for individual companies. Erik also works with executive coaching at top management level.
Erik has an MA (Ed) in psychology and he is a trained clinical psychologist and specialist in analytical existential group-oriented therapy. In 1987-88 he participated in the top executive management program VL.
