Mobile strategy workshop
If your company is considering introducing a mobile solution, it’s a good idea to start by setting up what we call a “mobile strategy workshop”. The workshop covers everything a company should think about before introducing mobile technology.

Identifying areas of usage and ROI: We identify areas of your company that can become mobile. These areas of usage are supported by ROI models (based on business cases from other companies) which illustrate the commercial effects on your organization.

Devices and structure: You get a briefing on the types of handheld devices currently on the market and how the various mobile infrastructures work. We furthermore outline organizational implementation models.

This proposal highlights some of the necessary investments and the possible results that can be achieved using mobile solutions.
The proposal will also contain a series of recommendations for areas that require closer analysis.
